Active Member at the Fire Company. Responds to Fire, Rescue, Medical, and other pertaining calls. Must gain Accredited Firefighter 1 Certification within a prescribed period, along with other courses including Vehicle Rescue.
Drive the apparatus at our station to emergencies and public events, and operate the pump as necessary. Must take Pump 1 and EVOC within a prescribed period.
Respond to emergency, investigative, and other dive calls in river, pond, lake, or other water conditions. Must obtain Open Water and other Dive certifications.
Respond to Technical Rescue calls, including Low/High Angle calls, Swift Water emergencies, and Confined Space. Must take required courses and certifications, including Ropes 1-3, Confined Space Rescue, Swift Water Awareness-Technician, and any other pertaining certification.
Provide vital administrative support, including video editing, photography, fundraising assistance, and more.
